About the Role Do you want to be the face of a representative and well-established bank branch in Stockholm? We are currently looking for a service-oriented and engaged receptionist/conference host who thrives in a dynamic environment where quality, customer service, and structure are the focus.

In the role of receptionist/conference host, you are responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for both visitors and employees. You are part of the service team and contribute to first-class service by manning the reception and ensuring that conferences and meetings run smoothly.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Welcome employees and customers

  • Manage conference rooms – preparation, setup, and resetting

  • Bookings and orders

  • Coordinate catering and serving at meetings

  • Various administrative tasks

  • Telephone and email correspondence

  • Mail handling and courier services

  • Key management and access card systems

  • Switchboard and telephony

  • Provide service and support to employees and guests in daily operations

Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in service professions, preferably in reception or as a customer host, and who has also worked with catering or serving. You have a natural sense of service, demonstrate clear positive body language, and take initiative when interacting with others. With a professional and trustworthy approach, you create a welcoming atmosphere. You enjoy working independently, are structured and responsible, and find it easy to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a changing daily routine.

Requirements for the position

  • Experience in service professions, preferably in reception or as a customer host

  • Experience with catering/serving

  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office package

  • Completed high school education

About the Employment Employment type: Fixed-term contract until the turn of the year 2026/2027. Employment level: 100%, 40h/week with the exception of weeks 27–32 when working 35h/week. Start: End of May 2026. Working hours: Rotating schedule including opening and closing shifts between 07:30-17:00, Monday-Friday.
